Family friendly itineraries -

Careful consideration has been taken to make the itineraries child friendly cutting out long drives, including where possible hotels with pools, and employing local guides and families to bring the destinations alive.

Usually 3 or 4 families will travel together with an experienced leader and local guides where needed. Depending on the destination, accommodation can range from overnight trains to stilt houses or beach huts and family homes, whilst the forms of transport taken can be even more diverse: 4x4, bus, boat, elephant, dugout canoe, camel or rickshaw.

Most holiday companies will take children aged 6 and upward, although some are happy to take younger children.
