How we work
Once an initial enquiry has been made we will discuss with you your travel brief and make suggestions as appropriate. An itinerary is evolved until such time that we are in a position to provide a quotation for your requirements. Following this, the brief may be revised accordingly before being finalised.
To proceed with booking we usually require a deposit of around 10% of the total travel costs, or the full amount if your departure date is within 8 weeks of booking. Final travel documents are then made ready for you around 2 weeks prior to your departure date.
At all times from first enquiry through to your departure we are on hand so you can visit, call or email us to ask any questions or make any changes to your travel plans.
Financial security
Nomadic Travel Ltd is a full member of the Travel Trust Association and this membership provides that client monies are held in a trust account until all contractual obligations are completed. This arrangement entirely satisfies the strict guidelines of the UK travel industry regarding consumer protection.
The air holidays and flights we offer are ATOL Protected by the Civil Aviation Authority, and we act as agents for licensed tour operators. The flight bookings we make are also ATOL Protected, except when the tickets for scheduled flights are sent to you within 24 hours of payment being accepted, or where your payment is made direct to airlines. ATOL Protection extends primarily to customers who book and pay in the United Kingdom.
