Travel photo competition

Davod Yard is this years winner of Exeter based Nomadic Travel’s yearly photography competition with this wonderful picture.

David and his travelling companion Lesley travelled the fabled Silk Route which is one of the oldest trading routes between East and West. This wonderful photograph was just one of many images David took at the amazing Sunday Market in Kashgar.

The Travel Photo Competition is running again in 2011 with the same simple rules: the image must be taken on a trip arranged through Nomadic Travel and date from within this calendar year.  We will accept entries in any format – traditional print or digital. Please note that printed photos sent by post cannot be returned.
The winner receives £100 off future holidays booked with Nomadic Travel.
