There is still the chance for a summer getaway!

Following last week’s travel update, from today Wednesday 30 June, the expanded Green List of countries that can be visited without the need to quarantine on return now includes the following popular destinations:

Malta / Majorca / Ibiza / Menorca / Madeira / Gibraltar / Iceland / Bermuda / Barbados / Antigua / Anguilla / Grenada / Cayman Islands / Turks & Caicos / British Virgin Islands

We can arrange holidays to all the above destinations – ask us for help and we’ll be happy to suggest and discuss ideas.  Through our AITO association membership we can help with discounted Covid tests (currently priced at £43 each) so get in touch for details.   Also, if your travel insurer does not give you automatic Covid cover we can recommend three insurance companies who provide a range of Covid policy options.

Travels this autumn … and beyond

It’s expected that in the coming few weeks the Government will announce the easing of quarantine restrictions for UK residents who have been double-vaccinated which will then enable all amber listed countries to become accessible to them.   We will keep you posted on this and look forward to helping our clients rediscover parts of the world that have been off-limits for so long.

Meanwhile, we are continuing to confirm bookings for customers who are making arrangements for 2022 and 2023.   Tour operators have made it possible to book further ahead than ever and there are still some excellent deals available so do ask us for any discounted prices or early booking offers.

Brighter times!

We are encouraged by the gradual way in which travel is being re-opened as each country’s vaccination programme progresses.  Things are looking much brighter for travellers at last and we are finding our client conversations are becoming much more forward-looking again.  Thanks again to all our customers for your support over this past year.  We salute your pragmatic positivity!

Best wishes,

The Nomads
